Original ad on magazine spreads

One of the most popular and sought-after ads is press advertising. As you know, the most profitable placement of information about a product or service is on the first and last pages. To place your advertising there, you need to pay a lot of money, but manufacturers and firms are ready for a lot, so long as their product becomes popular and recognizable.

A magazine reversal is not only a profitable place to advertise, but also provides a wide field for imagination and activity. Photos on pages can be placed so that they will look very unusual and original. According to studies, advertising placed in the press affects consumers a little more positively than advertising in other places. Advertising in the press is unobtrusive, and at the same time effective.

We picked the most original and interesting, in our opinion, ways of placing advertising information on spreadsheet glossy magazines.

1. Advertising DHL (postal company).
This ad focuses on how quickly and without problems you can get your package. “Chip” advertising in a transparent sheet, which shows the parcel. Leafing through this sheet here and there, the drawn package passes into the hands of the recipient.

2. Advertising Smuckers (manufacturer of jams).
Here, advertisers used another popular technique – the use of famous characters in advertising. The characters of the jam promotion were the characters of the Sesame Street children’s educational program.

3. MacBook Advertising.
The creators of this advertisement used two unusual ideas at once, and both turned out to be successful, as this advertisement became very popular. The image of the ultra-thin MacBook laptop advertised here was almost full-size. First, thin magazine pages hint that the laptop is very thin. Secondly, the display, cover and keyboard images are arranged in such a way that everyone can try on how this laptop will look on your lap.

4. Advertising Sul America (insurance).
Insurance Sul America takes care that its customers do not spend money where they can save money, and offers health insurance. Turning over the page with this ad, it seems as if you broke the bill, which is depicted in a certain way, so to speak, in pieces. The company’s slogan is: “Even if you accidentally broke a dollar, Sul America will not let you go bankrupt.”

5. Advertisement Thinh Furniture (furniture production).
And this ad will surely appeal to those who love a variety of paper crafts. Expanding the page, you get a miniature model of a chair, table or wall shelves. Probably, Thinh Furniture wanted to show that making furniture for them is as easy as turning a page of a magazine.

6. Adidas advertising (sportswear).
This ad is very simple, but also very original. Images of girls in sportswear are exactly in the center of the turn. As sportswomen are sealed in certain poses, when turning over the impression that they are doing physical exercises appears.

7. Advertising Clinique (production of cosmetics).
Every woman knows that the main property of a good mascara is to make the eyelashes long and thick. Advertisers have come up with just cutting the page into strips, imitating these beautiful eyelashes. Whether it is convenient to read such a “cut” magazine is unknown to us, but the advertising idea is interesting anyway.

8. Advertising Arcor (chewing gum).
Chewing gum lovers often inflate bubbles during this process. The creatives have decided in such a way to show what size a bubble inflated from Arcor can be.

9. Advertising solarium.
This ad is placed not on a spread, but on two pages following each other. This method is also often used when advertising information should not be submitted all at once, but in portions. The reader looks at the first page, the information on which is intended to intrigue. Usually on the first page of the advertisement does not indicate either the company name or the name of the advertised product. You turn the page and see the “clue”.
